    Founder & President

    Tom Karagiannakis founded TAKK Enterprises, Inc. in 1992 with a clear and unwavering mission: to deliver the best client experience in the construction industry. Guided by that commitment and fueled by a deep passion for quality craftsmanship and service, Tom built TAKK into one of New Jersey’s premier names in residential remodeling and new home construction.

    Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily, backed by a dedicated team of professionals who share his values of integrity, excellence, and client-first service. Tom’s hands-on approach and forward-thinking vision continue to shape every project TAKK undertakes—from custom home builds to complex renovations—with the same care and attention to detail that started it all.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Teresa Reed is a graduate of Ocean County College and Georgian Court College with a degree in accounting. She was a business owner for several years as Executive Finance Officer in the brand protection and security industry.  As the CFO of TAKK Enterprises, Inc., she has been a key figure in the company’s financial strategy and management for over 20 years. Her contributions have not only strengthened TAKK Enterprises, Inc market position but also enhanced its reputation within the industry. Passionate and deeply committed to her craft, she has enhanced our company with her methodical approach and knowledge.

    Lead Project Estimator/Project Manager

    With over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction and construction design field, Phil has established himself as a cornerstone of our estimating department over the past five years. His deep understanding of project dynamics and cost management has not only made him an exceptional estimator but also a trusted leader within our team. Phil’s hands-on experience across various construction phases enables him to provide accurate and insightful estimates that drive project success.
    Throughout his career, Phil has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, leveraging his expertise to mentor junior estimators and streamline estimating processes. His collaborative approach fosters a positive work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and innovate.

Now, Andrew is transitioning into project estimating, where he aims to leverage his practical knowledge to provide accurate and insightful estimates. His commitment to quality and efficiency, paired with his passion for the construction industry, makes him an invaluable asset in any project team. Andrew is excited to embrace this new challenge and contribute to successful project outcomes.
    He has a background in all aspects of construction working with different trades through the years. Andrew started working for TAKK Enterprises, Inc. in July of 2024, focusing on learning how to provide accurate pricing for all construction projects. With time and experience, he hopes to become a project manager. Passionate about his work, past and present, he is determined to make every client’s dream home a reality.
