Complete New Home Renovation (Seaside Park, NJ)

This project came with a unique challenge—helping our clients transition from a larger home into a thoughtfully downsized space without sacrificing style or comfort. Careful planning, smart design, and precise execution were key to making every square foot count.

We completely gutted this 1½-story home down to the first-floor studs, then increased the first-floor wall height from 8′ to 9′ to enhance the sense of openness and light. The result? A bright, spacious interior with beautiful, cohesive finishes. From the cable railings and reclaimed stair feature wall to the shiplap fireplace, custom-tiled bathrooms, wainscoting, crown molding, and continuous wood flooring throughout—the home feels refined, warm, and welcoming.

Outside, we elevated the curb appeal with custom trim work, new decks with cable railings, and thoughtfully designed landscaping. Functional touches like the outdoor shower, dog washing station, and hose faucet add convenience without compromising style.
