Project Spotlight: Open Concept / Whole Home Renovation.
This recently completed renovation transformed a segmented interior into a bright, open concept living space. By removing key structural walls and integrating concealed support solutions, we created a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

The kitchen was significantly enlarged to accommodate a new free-standing island that serves as both a functional workspace and a central gathering point. In the master suite, we expanded the bathroom to provide a more spacious, spa-like layout with enhanced comfort and functionality.

To ensure the home’s character remained intact, we carefully patched and refinished the existing hardwood floors, blending old and new for a truly “always there” look. One of the project’s standout features is the custom fireplace wall, complete with floating white oak shelving, vertical shiplap, and built-in cabinetry designed specifically for the space.

This renovation perfectly balances modern openness with custom-crafted details, resulting in a home that feels fresh, cohesive, and uniquely tailored to our client’s lifestyle.
