Inside the existing home, two structural steel beams were installed to open the floor plan from front to back, creating an expansive, airy feel. At the heart of this space is a custom, oversized kitchen designed for both beauty and performance. Throughout the home, new interior doors and trim, custom closet built-ins, fresh paint, and wide-plank wood flooring elevate every room with a cohesive, timeless style.

The transformation extended to the exterior as well. New bluestone patios accented with cultured stone create inviting outdoor spaces, while Hardi shake shingle siding, a new roof, and complete landscaping—including an irrigation system, paver driveway, walkways and patio, sod, and landscape lighting—give the property a fresh, polished look. This attention to detail didn’t stop at the main house; the detached garage and a newly constructed custom shed received the same level of craftsmanship and design.
