The project features a private separate entrance, creating convenience and privacy, and opens into a thoughtfully designed kitchenette outfitted for everyday functionality.

Rich hardwood floors flow throughout the new space, adding warmth and durability. The luxurious bathroom stands out as a highlight, complete with an oversized custom-tiled shower, bench seat, and built-in niche for comfort and convenience.

To ensure the addition felt original to the home, our team meticulously reproduced and matched the interior trim and doors, finishing them with a color-coated stain that perfectly complements the home’s character and style.
